RICHFIELD HAIRDRESSING MAIN POLICIES

We highly recommend Olaplex with our chemical services to maintain & improve hair condition. 

Our prices are guidelines and depend on time & thickness of hair for any additional pricing. 

Blow drys are essential & not included into our colour prices.  

* POC stands for PRICE ON CONSULTATION.

Consultations are required for new colour clients before services.

Consultations by FaceTime are available.

There is a cancellation fee if you cancel a confirmed appointment.

BOOKING COLOUR POLICY

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are booking a colour in and unsure what to book please DO NOT  book online and instead give us a call. Sadly, if you’re not booked in for the right thing we might have to turn you away! Oh no!

Our most popular and requested services are our ‘In-Salon and FaceTime Colour Consultations’ so we can see the hair before booking services to ensure the condition and the timing are correct for your needs. We also recommend coming in for a ‘Cut and Consult’ you receive 1 on 1 for an hour with one of our stylists! This gives us an opportunity to get your hair in a healthy condition with also introducing you to the olaplex treatment before any colour service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not confirm your appointment it will be cancelled. If you cancel your confirmed appointment less than 24hrs before your appointment there will be a cancelletion fee of 50% of your service bill. We are sorry,  It’s simply because our hairdressers are dependant on these bookings and can go from being able to have lovely holidays to being not able to pay their rent because of no-shows. 🙁

LATE POLICY

We don’t like running late for any of our clients. So to make sure your and our days runs smoothly we have a late policy. Try to arrive to your appointment 5 minutes earlier so we can get you comfortable and ready to begin.  If you are lost or running late, please call the salon. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.
