Our story……….The inspiration for this came about from a friend of ours telling us about the Bandaged bears at the Children’s hospital. After looking into this we thought what a great way to help raise awareness and support such a great cause. Very quickly after that we adopted our bear, “Hairold” who has become somewhat famous around Freshwater. Being proud foster parents our job & responsibility was to take Hairold on a number of adventures, documenting them along the way…….. and we did just that!!! Hairold had such a busy schedule we had to keep a diary as he was in such high demand. Hairold’s final finale was our Bears Night Out Fundraiser where he was of course the star of the show. Hairold then returned to the Children’s Hospital to be given to one of the sick children to enjoy along with the photos and stories to tell. Although we will miss him, we know Hairold is spreading lots of love and bringing smiles to the children that need it most.
